What is the return/exchange policy?
Once an order is shipped, the sale is final unless the item you received is damaged. If so, please email us within seven (7) days of the date your order is received at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide your name, order number, description of the issue and please attach a photograph of the incorrect or damaged item received.
If your order qualifies for a return or exchange once we receive the item(s), we will ship out the correct or replacement item(s) as soon as possible. If the item(s) are out of stock, we will ship them to you as soon as inventory is restocked.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
